1. General Policy
All products are digital goods only and are delivered instantly.
Due to their nature, all sales are final.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:
You received the wrong digital product.
The product key is invalid or non-functional.
Delivery failed due to a technical error.
3. Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds will not be provided if:
The product has already been delivered successfully.
You purchased by mistake or changed your mind.
You failed to meet minimum system requirements.
4. Refund Procedure

Provide transaction details and reason for request.

5. Chargebacks
